Makeup becomes one of the most in demand accessories of all time for both men and women. Aside from personal use in order to look presentable, makeup trends become more colorful and fashionable. The trend comes to show off what fashion aesthetic is really all about.

One of the most makeup trends in catwalks today is the technicolor. Loud palettes are utilized in defining lips and eyes, making the ramp models more appealing while they sway about the lime light.

If you get bored of those natural-looking makeups you can try a technicolor look today for a different mood. However, be sure to carry the look naturally or else you will end up looking like a clown in the public. Start off by working on your eyes first or lips and vice versa. Never wear it all the way if you are a beginner for you will surprise everyone who's not used to seeing you on that particular look.

Harry Potter's Hermoine Granger now turned into a lovely young actress and model shocked the whole world with her tweet posted last Aug 5. Many of her followers and fans reacted positively, a few said her new short hair made her look old and some just didn't care; they simply love Emma Watson whatever her hair is-long, short, curly or straight won't really matter.

Nail art has always been a woman's thing. Basically, taking care of our nails is for hygiene and grooming purposes only but now it has become a fashion statement very common to teenagers and young adult women as well. I wasn't aware of this nail trend, until I come across with my favorite YouTube celebrity, Michelle Phan, who wears a nice nail art on her latest vid. Nail art accessories ranges from simple studs, figures (name it!), cartoon characters and anything you can think of. That is how extensive the collection of nail art accessories today. 

Soak-off gel nail polish is an alternative to traditional polishes. You can do it at home and follow the instruction guide that goes along with the UV-lamp, brush and soak-off polishes. Or you can go to your favorite salon and let them do the nail painting for you. 
How it's done?
Soak-off gel nail polish is just like the traditional nail polish that you paint it on your nails. However, the brush it uses is very similar to the water color brush that you use in art classes. You just paint it on and then put under the UV-lamp to dry and you're done. You can top it off with another color or paint any other design or pattern over a base color.

World Watch: iPhone for Verizon

Verizon, a big broadband and telecommunications company in America, and Apple Inc., another shark company of electronic gadgets, are merging for the release of iPhone Verizon late this year or on January 2011. This news has made many Verizon users jump for joy! They have been anticipating the release of iPhone but there's no way that they could get to use the "phone wonder" with their service provider, Verizon, not until next year.  

Start marking your calendars now and hopefully this will be launched earlier.
